Gail Haupert, Third Degree Black Belt, has been teaching and training for just over a decade. Having completed several CanFit Pro
courses, she uses her fitness knowledge to create fun and interesting workouts for both the kids and adult classes.
She had the opportunity of a lifetime to represent Canada as a member of the Women's National Team at the World Championships in
Australia, and gained valuable insights into the training and preparation methods of the other participating countries.
Mrs. Haupert brings her experience in marketing and design to the club, and is in the process of working on several exciting projects
that will benefit the members of Shadowkicks Taekwondo.
